Legal Basis and Requirements
Article 13 of Ormoc City Ordinance No. 109 series of 2023 ("Tourism Code of Ormoc City")
All tourism enterprises and related establishments/services in Ormoc City must:
- Comply with applicable City Ordinances and licensing regulations before operating
- Be registered and accredited according to laws, rules, and regulations promulgated by the Department of Tourism
- Comply with certification requirements promulgated by the City of Ormoc through the Ormoc Tourism Office
