Article 13 of Ormoc City Ordinance No. 109 series of 2023 ("Tourism Code of Ormoc City")

All tourism enterprises and related establishments/services in Ormoc City must comply with applicable City Ordinances and licensing regulations before operating, be registered and accredited according to laws, rules, and regulations promulgated by the Department of Tourism, and comply with certification requirements promulgated by the City of Ormoc through the Ormoc Tourism Office.
